Randy Craven has been working in the field of Psychology and Community Development for over three decades. He has extensive experience working with youth, families, communities and youth development programs. Accomplished in the areas of psychotherapy, youth & amp, family counseling, program development, addictions treatment, spiritual psychology, mentoring, violence prevention, leadership training, and community consulting.
Ayanna Griffin is about empowerment and truly enjoy helping people figure out how to thrive in their lives. Making the decision to seek help can be difficult. As a Certified Addiction Counselor, Ayanna uses a wide range of evidenced-based treatment modalities and individualized treatment planning to best meet each person’s needs. Her passion is to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment to work with and assist to identify ones desires and empower each individual to make those positive changes in their life.
